SENIOR TRAINER

Shane is a high energy trainer that has 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She firmly believes that individuals should always strive to be better through application of knowledge and experience. She has vast experience in selling and has a proven track record in her sales achievement. Her dedication was recognized when shewas being awarded the salesperson of the year 2003 with one of the top multinational pharmaceutical company in US & Asia.

Her true passion in sharing with others leads her into the training arena as she becomes a training manager and subsequently a regional training & development manager. Her last position had her working with a multinational pharmaceutical company where she had trained participants from countries such as China, Korea, India, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia in areas of sales & sales management competencies.

She has also coached many executives in their search to strengthen their individual skills and capabilities. She has been described by her clients as having the uncanny ability to understand their situation and provide insights and practical recommendations. Her coaching sessions are the extended signature of her work as a trainer that delivers value and more.

She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from University Utara Malaysia and a Diploma of Training & Assessment System (a certification nationally recognized by the Australian Government Department of Education, Science and Training ANTA). She specializes in selling skills and she is a certified trainer in SPIN selling techniques and a she a certified Train The Trainer. She believes that the process of knowledge and skills transmission has to be practical and yet fun. Her fundamental approach is in making difficult concepts easy and applicable to her participants.
