Wendy Lee founded Chapter One Asia to help men and women define and refine their image and style through wardrobe, communication, and etiquette and protocol skills. Under the mentorship of Ann Reinten of 'The Australian Image Company' and Pat Vincent Scott of 'The Colourflair Studios, UK', Wendy subsequently became one of the few internationally trained and qualified image consultants in Malaysia.

Darren Suresh is a Training Consultant with 18 years of actual working experience under his belt. Six of those years have been in training & development. Darren has obtained a Diploma and Degree in business management from TAFE and Nilai University respectfully and train the trainer certification from Western Kentucky University (USA). In his career, he has worked with National Panasonic, Sony Display, Berjaya Land, 3M, HSBC, TeleTech, Singapore Telecoms and etc. He has vast experience in manufacturing, sales & marketing, Event Management, Contact Center, Cooperate and Team building.
HALIZA HAMID
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Haliza hold a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Lamar University, Texas. She brings with her 18 years of experience in training, and through out these years she has trained hundreds of factory operators, up to the management team for MNC companies in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Philippines. Haliza offers a unique combination of expertise ? a blending of human resource, training and facilitation, commercial, information technology, corporate communication and people management skills.

Loke is an energetic trainer with over 15 years in the service industry. His exposure includes the area of customer service, ISO standardization, banking fraud detection and prevention and marketing. As an instructional designer and trainer, Loke specializes in helping individuals realize and develop their soft skills. He has trained over 10,000 people in the area of service, motivation and personal leadership.

A Mass Communication graduate majoring in Public Relations, Zarina Zainal has vast experience in the hospitality industry and in the corporate world. She began her working career with the multinational 5 Star hotel chain, Hyatt Regency Saujana. After gaining much knowledge and experience in quality hospitality service, she took to the skies with Malaysia Airlines, an airline decorated with numerous awards for service excellence. She gained much exposure, insight and training on human behavior, social & dining etiquette as well as immaculate grooming skills.

Mr. Chew Toh Tseng holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Hull, UK ( 1995), a Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) from The University of Singapore( 1976), a Graduate Diploma in Marketing ( SIM), a Diploma in Marketing from the Institute of Marketing ( U.K. ), and a Diploma in Management Accounting and Finance from the National Productivity Board.

With a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the University of London, majoring in Economics and Management, Liew has an analytical mind and high entrepreneurial spirits. He is also heading a team of consultants in the organization on various projects. A certified Master Trainer, Coach and Consultant, Salim is an enchanting and mesmerizing training consultant with extensive experience in corporate and public training. Salim was also involved in a business consultancy project in Middle East. He analyzed the operations, marketing, training, supply chain, supplier selection, product design, positioning strategy and to implement the project in Malaysia and South East Asia. Besides English and Malay Language, he speaks French, Urdu, Hindi and Indonesian language too.
