Hanim is a certified trainer by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) and is also a graduate in Public Relations. She has conducted to date programs in Body Language, Personality Traits, Customer Service, Self Awareness and corporate communications for both Corporate and Government sectors.

Hanim began her career in the airline industry. With 18 years of experience in the field, encompassing the hospitality industry, training and event management, she has also facilitated in Change Management, Team Building and Leadership programs since 1995.

She had the pleasure of conducting training for perodua, naza, frim, impiana hotel, mbsb, women's institute of management, asiabrands corporation and edaran berhad to name a few. Her training is always lively and vibrant, with participants easily infected by her pulsating energy and fun loving nature.

Mega events under her belt include organizing a Fashion Show in conjunction with Jazz Festival 2006, Fiesta F1 Powerboat World Championship 2004, Formula Future National Championship 2005 & Launching of PestaAir 2005 for Kementerian Kebudayaan, Belia dan Sukan.

In training, she has found for herself a passion as well as a life goal in believing that communication is the most powerful tool in our lives.
