SENIOR CONSULTANT

Darren Suresh is a Training Consultant with 18 years of actual working experience under his belt. Six of those years have been in training & development. Darren has obtained a Diploma and Degree in business management from TAFE and Nilai University respectfully and train the trainer certification from Western Kentucky University (USA).

In his career, he has worked with National Panasonic, Sony Display, Berjaya Land, 3M, HSBC, TeleTech, Singapore Telecoms and etc. He has vast experience in manufacturing, sales & marketing, Event Management, Contact Center, Cooperate and Team building. Known by his peers and former students has a great believer in people. Darren lives by the motto “Technology and Product helps the company grow but people makes the company great”. Darren prefers to look at the glass half full

always and believes in giving his best in all his trainings. His personal mission “To exceed the customer’s delight not once but all the time.”

Darren’s strength is that he is able to relate all trainings and activities to the market and what is happening in the participant’s companies. His boundless energy and positive mindset makes it a thrill to be in his classes.
